This notice describes how the LarGo Mobility public business website works. It applies to this website’s browsing and inquiry features, rather than any future customer or partner application.

Sending an inquiry

When you choose “Send my inquiry”, your name, email address, inquiry type, and message are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, our form delivery provider. FormSubmit forwards your inquiry to largo07102025@gmail.com. LarGo uses these details to respond to your question or discuss the partnership you requested. Your email address is used as the reply-to address.

FormSubmit processes submission details and technical request information to deliver messages and prevent abuse. Its published documentation states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. See its privacy policy and documentation. Email delivery also involves Google, which hosts the LarGo inbox. These providers may process information outside the Philippines.

This website does not create a separate lead database or save your inquiry in browser storage. Unsaved form entries can be lost if you reload or leave the page. A submission confirmation means the delivery service accepted your inquiry; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a response time. If sending fails, the form keeps your message on the page so you can retry or contact us directly. We do not add inquiry senders to a marketing list.

When you contact LarGo

If you submit an inquiry, send an email, call, or text us, LarGo receives the information you choose to share through that channel. We use it to respond to your inquiry and discuss relevant services or partnerships. Please do not include identity documents, payment details, health information, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Website hosting

The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, device or browser details, and request times, to deliver and secure the website. The hosting platform may also record visits and page views for website traffic analytics. This website does not add advertising trackers, a marketing mailing list, or an optional analytics script.

Your choices and questions

LarGo keeps received correspondence as needed to answer and follow up on your inquiry. You can contact us without using the form. To ask about information you have shared, request access or correction, or request deletion where applicable, email largo07102025@gmail.com. LarGo Mobility is based in Iloilo City, Philippines.

Future changes

New app features, account registration, or additional data collection will need their own information and notices. We will update this page if this website’s handling of personal information changes.
